Dr. Mildred F. "Mimi" (Wiggins) Perreault (BA 2005) is an assistant professor in the East Tennessee State University Department of Media and Communication. Perreault teaches journalism and public relations courses in the department. She also is the advisor for Overlooked in Appalachia, a student-led regional publication that focuses on the Appalachian region.
